Come
sing along with “The Old Crusty Minstrels” as they celebrate
musical memories to benefit Key City Public Theatre and their
youth education programs. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wed.
Oct. 7 at The Upstage Restaurant, 923 Washington Street,
Port Townsend.
“Old Crusty,” also known as Harry Dudley, joins Barbara Thomson,
Gary Cousins, Scott Nollette and Heather Poulsen as ringleader
of an exuberant evening of folk, jazz, country, bluegrass, rock
& roll, and just plain old sing-alongs.
-- You can bid to choose the tunes!
-- You can bid to have your friend sing the next number!
-- You can bid to prevent your friend from singing the next number!
Song books are provided so that you won't strain
to remember the words.
The program will include fabulous door prizes, including Key
City Public Theatre 2010 season tickets. They’ll also be a sneak
preview of KCPT’s holiday show “Scrooge:
The Musical,” which opens in November at Key City Playhouse.
A “cover donation” of $5 is suggested at the door. Reservations
are not required, but can be made by calling The Upstage at
385-2216.
