Box Office and Ticket Information

For shows at the Playhouse: We encourage you to get your tickets in advance, as seats are limited in the intimate Key City Playhouse and many performances sell out. Individual show tickets go on sale to the general public three weeks before opening night.

Season Tickets and FLEXpasses are great ways to secure your seats early. They're now on sale for the 2013 season here on-line. That's how you become a subscriber to KCPT.

For the Playwrights' Festival: You can save money by getting Festival Passes. More information about Festival Passes is here...

There are 3 ways to purchase individual KCPT tickets in advance:

#1 ) Here online

Go to our KCPT Calendar and find the date of the performance you want to attend.
Click [Buy Tickets] under the performance listing. You'll go through a series of pages from PrintTixUSA on which you can pay for your tickets by debit or credit card.
Note that there will be $1.50 fee added per ticket.

#2 ) Call our box office (with a debit or credit card)

During KCPT office hours -- between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays -- call 360.379.0195.
During Playhouse boxoffice hours -- Wednesdays through Saturdays between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. -- or Sundays between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. -- call 360.385.KCPT (5278).
A $1.00 fee per ticket will be added to your phone order, which is then donated to the KCPT Scholarship Fund.
You may then pick up your tickets at the Key City Playhouse box office beginning one hour before showtime.

#3 ) Visit our box office (with cash, checks, or cards)

You can pay for your tickets by cash or check -- without any fees -- by visiting either:

Uptown: Our KCPT offices at 1128 Lawrence Street. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
Downtown: Our Playhouse boxoffice at 419 Washington Street. Hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.; and -- on Sundays with matinee performances -- from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
FLEXpass vouchers, member and gift passes may be exchanged for tickets at either location.

Tickets on the day of the show

Any remaining tickets will be available at the Key City Playhouse box office — which opens one hour before showtime.

Cash, checks, credit and debit cards are all now accepted at the box office.

Seat Accessibility

The playhouse has a row of seats with no stairs needed to get to them.
We can seat the hearing-impaired in our front row. We also have assisted listening devices available.
We have wheelchair seating.

Please call our office to reserve these seats -- either as you order tickets via phone (360.379.0195) or after you have purchased your ticket(s) elsewhere. If it is after office hours, pleave leave us a message about the accessibility you need for your tickets.

Attendees of the 2013 Playwrights' Festival can save by getting Playwrights' Festival Passes. These are available now through our Season Ticket and FLEXPass order form when you purchase any season ticket(s) or FLEXPass(es) for the 2013 season.

2013 Mainstage Single Ticket Prices

Our mainstage shows:

Friday and Saturday evenings...... $20.00

All other regular performances.... $18.00

Preview performances................ $15.00

Students at any performance....... $10.00 (* Are you between the ages of 15 - 30, or buying a ticket for someone who is? Check out our Key Cards discount program.)

Each production's first Sunday and first Thursday performances are Pay-what-you-wish -- sponsored by the Port Townsend Arts Commission. (Pay-what-you-wish applies to any tickets remaining at the door on a first-come, first-serve basis.)

All performances of "Shakespeare in the Park" are Pay-what-you-wish.
